From initial discussions, to work with the county inspector, to installation and finish work - Reed and Jordan went above and beyond. Both are incredible men of integrity; they were honest, helpful, hardworking and have excellent customer service. Kenneth Brothers delivered a great finished product. If you have to spend a bunch of money on a septic system, these are the guys to call. They listened to our wants and our needs and brought solutions and innovation to solve our pain points. Kenneth Brothers completely carried the load of coordinating everything, all I had to do was watch. Our whole family enjoyed having them here and watching the process. They are both knowledgable and excellent teachers, explaining each and every part to us and our kids. Jordan and his team met all of our needs in a timely fashion. We were notified of all scheduled visits ahead of time via their scheduling system and they showed up on time, every time. If they can’t help with part of the job they have quality recommendations for those who can. Everything including the cleanup was completed to the highest standards.
